General Knot & Co. has been making hand-made accessories in Bedford, NY. since 2010 — and a meaningful share of that work is custom. We collaborate with organizations, hotels, retailers, and brands to develop custom bags, neckwear, and small leather goods. Some clients want a single signature item carrying their logo. Others bring us a vision for an entire seasonal capsule. Either way, the work starts with a conversation.
What we make

- Custom Embroidered or Printed Silk Neckties & Bow Ties. Print your logo, pattern, or original artwork onto premium silk. Available in our standard widths or custom-cut. Browse the range on our neckwear collection for a sense of style.
- Leather Keychains and Coasters. Full-grain or Pull-up leather with custom embossed logos. Great for retail, hotels, and corporate gifts.
How it works
Every custom project follows the same simple process:
- Conversation. Tell us what you're imagining via the contact form below. Include any pertinent information about the project, product type, etc... We'll get back in touch with you very soon so that we can discuss the next steps.
- Concept and quote. Within a few business days, we come back with artwork of your custom design, fabric and construction details, proposed lead time, and an itemized quote.
- Approval and sampling. Once you approve the direction, we produce a sample for review.
- Production. Hand-made in our Bedford, NY. studio and local factories.
- Delivery. Shipped directly to you or your distribution partner.
