We Ship Domestically & Internationally
Everything is made to order.
We don't keep finished stock on a shelf — every General Knot piece is made by hand in our Bedford, New York studio after your order comes in.
Our standard shipping window is 5–10 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
That is the time we need to make your order and hand it to the carrier. Transit time is added on top.
Please write to us at info@generalknot.com if you have special circumstances, or need something by a particular date. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Domestic US orders of $150 or more ship FREE.

Domestic US orders of less than $150, you have a choice of:
$9.95 for FedEx Ground or
$7.95 for USPS Ground Advantage

Canadian orders of $200 or more ship FREE via USPS First Class.
Canadian orders of less than $200 you have the option of
$25.00 for USPS First Class.

International orders (beyond Canada) of $300 or more
ship FREE via USPS First Class / Global Post.
International orders (beyond Canada) less than $300 you have the
option of $45.00 for USPS Priority.

Once your order ships, USPS Ground Advantage typically takes one to seven business days and FedEx Ground one to five, depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed at the time of shipping. Questions? Let us know: info@generalknot.com
International Shipping (other than Canada)
We offer three options for international shipping via USPS:
1) USPS First Class: $25. Shipping times vary by destination.
2) USPS Priority: $45. Shipping time is 6-10 business days.
3) Orders over $300 ship FREE via USPS First Class / Global Post.
