Q. If I order multiples of one item is there a discount?
A. There are two ways to get a discount:
Order 6 or more of the same piece to get a 15% discount off of those items
If your total order consists of 12 pieces or more (any combination of items) you will receive a 15% discount off of the entire order.
Q. I have kids in my wedding, do you do kids sizing?
A. We do! Just give us the details of what style you would like, and the child’s (or children’s) ages on the Customization Form.
Q. What about pets?
A. We get many requests for dog or cat bows. Just give us the details of what style you would like as well as the circumference of your pet’s neck on the Customization Form.
Q. I am not sure about the colors. Can I order swatches?
A. Yes! We're happy to send them to you free of charge ($3.95 shipping). Just Click Here.
Q. Can I return any custom items?
A. We do not accept returns on custom items. You will have 24 hours from the time you place your order to cancel without penalty.
Q. How many items do I have to order with the Shotgun Custom Program?
A. There is no minimum requirement. If you need just one piece, that is perfectly fine.
Q. My color palette is not available in the Shotgun Custom Program, what should I do?

Q. How are my products going to be shipped?
A. Our shipping policy is the same as for our regular General Knot & Co. line.
ORDERS & SHIPPING:
We happily ship to all points on the globe- Domestically & Internationally. If the USPS ships there, so do we.
All completed orders are shipped within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Exact shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at time of checkout.
Customer is responsible for correctly designating shipping address. Customers are requested to supply contact email address and phone number in case carrier needs to contact customer regarding shipment. All purchases made via this website are pursuant to a standard shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of products by General Knot & Co. to the carrier. Customer is responsible for any and all claims with carrier regarding damaged and/or lost shipments.
Shipping within the United States is free of charge (for orders of $50 or more) and sent via USPS Priority. Shipping to Canada is free of charge (for orders of $50 or more) and is sent via USPS First Class. In both cases, tracking numbers are provided at time of shipping.
*Shipping Internationally is charged at a flat rate of $35 and FREE for orders of $300 or more. All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority.
