We happily ship to all points on the globe!
We ship via USPS Priority and First Class, depending on your choice or order value.
Domestic orders of $75+ ship free via USPS Priority.
Canadian orders of $150+ ship free via USPS First Class.
Other International orders of $300+ ship free via USPS Priority.
We do our very best to ship all orders within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 
The customer is responsible for correctly designating shipping address. Customers are requested to supply contact email address and phone number in case carrier needs to contact the customer regarding shipment. All purchases made via this website are pursuant to a standard shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of products by General Knot & Co. to the carrier. The customer is responsible for any and all claims with carrier regarding damaged and/or lost shipments.
Tracking numbers are provided at the time of shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will happily issue you a refund. Please email us at info@generalknot.com with your intention to return within 14 days of receiving and we will promptly send return instructions. Returns must be shipped within two weeks of contacting us about the return.

Returns over 14 days of receipt must be requested directly with and accepted by General Knot & Co. (info@generalknot.com) prior to sending the return. Returns made after 14 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

General Knot & Co. is not responsible for shipping fees if you receive an item you don't like. 

  • If you received an item as a gift and would like something different, you're more than welcome to send it back to us for store credit.
  • If you aren't as in love with a color or pattern as you thought you'd be, you can send it back our way. You can either exchange the item for something else, receive store credit, or return it for a full refund to the payment card.
  • If there's an item missing from your order, please email info@generalknot.com so we can get you your items pronto!
  • If your item(s) arrive damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and send the pictures over to info@generalknot.com. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that the responsibility for safely getting items back to us in salable condition falls on you. We are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition so if the item is damaged in transit, you will not receive any refund. Bring your returns to a trusted shipper to pack the items if you're worried about your packaging skills. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be comped.

  • Returns will be issued refunds only after they are received in acceptable condition.
  • Once an exchange is received, we'll issue you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping, to use on whatever else you'd like in the online shop. Your store credit expires does not expire.
*Gift Cards/Certificates are NOT refundable but are transferable.

General Knot & Co. collects sales taxes only for the State of New York. Customers from any other state are responsible for compliance of their individual state's current laws regarding purchases made over the internet.
All international orders are shipped with postage paid. Please note that any additional duties and handling charges vary by country, are dictated by said country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
General Knot & Co. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In cases where prices have been reduced from their original price and customers have purchased said product at the original price within two weeks of the price reduction, General Knot & Co. will refund the amount of the reduction to the customer.
