We happily ship to all points on the globe- Domestically & Internationally
We ship via USPS to both U.S.A. & Canada and suggest using Borderlinx (DHL) for all other international orders as their rates are much lower than what we can offer. If you prefer for us to ship directly to you, we offer USPS Priority at a flat rate of $45 and FREE for orders of $300 or more.
We do our very best to ship all orders within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Exact shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
The customer is responsible for correctly designating shipping address. Customers are requested to supply contact email address and phone number in case carrier needs to contact the customer regarding shipment. All purchases made via this website are pursuant to a standard shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to the customer upon delivery of products by General Knot & Co. to the carrier. The customer is responsible for any and all claims with carrier regarding damaged and/or lost shipments.
Shipping within the United States is free of charge (for orders of $75 or more) and sent via USPS Priority. Shipping to Canada is free of charge (for orders of $150 or more) and is sent via USPS First Class. In both cases, tracking numbers are provided at the time of shipping.
We want you to be satisfied with your General Knot & Co. purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 14 days of receipt, we are happy to exchange your purchase for an item of the same or lesser value or accept a return and refund (minus shipping costs associated with the order), providing that returned items are undamaged, clean and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns over 14 days of receipt must be requested directly with and accepted by General Knot & Co. (info@generalknot.com) prior to sending the return. Returns made after 14 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
*If items are missing or were defective when shipped, General Knot & Co. will attempt to reship immediately if items are in stock.  Return shipping in the cases of missing or defective product would be covered by General Knot & Co. In these cases, please contact General Knot & Co. at info@generalknot.com with your order number, name and any questions or concerns. A return shipping label will be provided via email.
*Gift Cards/Certificates are NOT refundable but are transferable.

  1. Men In Blazers necktie orders require a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00.

  4. Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and can only be accepted if the product is unworn and resalable condition. Please contact us at info@generalknot.com with questions. 
General Knot & Co. collects sales taxes only for the State of New York. Customers from any other state are responsible for compliance of their individual state's current laws regarding purchases made over the internet.
All international orders are shipped with postage paid. Please note that any additional duties and handling charges vary by country, are dictated by said country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
General Knot & Co. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In cases where prices have been reduced from their original price and customers have purchased said product at the original price within two weeks of the price reduction, General Knot & Co. will refund the amount of the reduction to the customer.
